The apartment is conveniently located across a laundromat with a number of restaurants in the area. Two blocks down is the L train. The apartment has a spacious backyard as well as roof top access. The kitchen and bathroom area will be shared.
You will be living with someone who is an artist and is also employed full time in Social services. I will be living in the downstairs area. The other tenant is an older gentleman who works as a background actor in a number of well known TV shows and has a history of running a well-known music/art publication in the East Village. There is also a cat in the apartment- she is friendly and mostly keeps to herself/is downstairs.
