N Wilton Place is located right next to Griffith Park (the observatory) and Hollywood Blvd! We are a 5 min walk from B red line, 20 mins from downtown, 10 - 15min from North Hollywood and Studio City!
Rooms are starting at 1595 with utilities, laundry, wifi included! Both rooms have private bathrooms! Small pets allowed and parking available.
Iām the property manager that lives also in the house.
We are a community that hosts movie nights, karaoke and other fun activities together! We are a open fun community looking for creatives and like minded people who are down to make new friends as well be a team player šš½.
