Security deposit in cash of € 300 (we accept equivalent in the currency of the country of origin) is required on the day of arrival refundable after inspection of the house on the day of departure.

Punctuality is requested in the schedule agreed on the day of checkout and checkin to expedite the work of the staff and to offer the same punctuality to the following guests.
