Flat gets plenty of sunshine and is a 10 min walk from Brooklyn shops. Easy to walk into the CBD as well with the bus being even quicker. Penthouse Cinema a 10 minute walk as well.
Rent for one room is $171 and the other $225. Power and internet is about $25 a week.
