Hi~I am Korean Female and I would like to introduce big and premium flat house.
This is a remodeled spacious house located very convenient 2nd line STN.(Shindaebang STN.(신대방역))
This Shallom Share House is only 7 minutes far from Shindaebang station which is only three stops from Seoul national university station and also 20minutes from Gangnam station and also Shinchon station.
Its 2nd floor is totally lent for guests. so guests can use their own kitchen, living room and bathroom and large balcony. In addition to, there is a beautiful garden to enjoy each season.
Morever there is a near large Park(보라매공원) and very close to a traditional market(신사시장) so it is very convenient to live in.
House facility
Sofa, Big Cabinet, Dishes, Air conditioner, Desk, Kitchen, Washer (laundry machine), WIFI internet , TV ,large balcony etc are available. Also kind house owner often provides kimchi and side dishes sometime so you might feel home staying and safe.
Here is a rental fee. We are runniing "Special Event". 1st month rental fee will have 10% discount 400,000won --> 360,000won
Share room: 360,000 won per month (Deposit :2 months rent fee. )
Utility fee is Generally 40,000~100,000 won dependong on the season (the cost is 1/n,
At least 1 months stay is required)
We are looking for guests who are female with no party and no pet with good mannered.
