Looking for a new roommate(s) to move into the house with us.
We are 2 guys in our mid 20s that enjoy surfing, diving, hiking, boating, fishing and the occasional happy hour🤙🏼. We are looking for clean individual(s), mid 20s - 30s, with a full time job to come live with us.
We have 2 rooms available in a 5 bedroom 3 bath 2400 sq ft house. (We leave one room free as a guest bedroom). House is located in Pacific Heights, just off the Pali about 10 min drive from town. Quiet neighborhood.
Both rooms pictured are available. Every room in the house has AC and the house is equipped with solar panels which keeps electricity costs pretty cheap. Garage parking available at the house along with parking in the driveway. Plenty of storage spots for surfboards, kayaks etc.
Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Lease is flexible currently on month to month. $1000 per month plus utilities (around $50)
