We are an attractive, modern private guest house of the cute and very popular town of Nuevo Arenal directly at the famous Lake Arenal.
Accesses to the lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and by car in 5 minutes. Here you can find absolute peace and relaxation, off from the busy center, that offers various recommendable and cosy restaurants, shops, an atm & bank, etc .. also 5 minutes from the house. The amazing lake is one of the biggest natural water reservoirs that supplies Nuevo Arenal and the other surrounding towns with the purest drinking water quality you can imagine. Of course it invites you not only to relax and swim, but also to do all kind of water sports. We offer boat tours, jet skiing and much more...
The accommodation
The two-story house has a bathroom including a bathtub and two bedrooms, each with a double bed in the upper area. In the lower area there is a cozy living room with TV, another bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. The house has no air conditioning (the climate at the lake is nearly perfect during the entire year). Both covered terraces offer seating to enjoy the lake view and also a washing machine and dryer are available on the lower terrace.
